ISO 9001:2015

The Company has obtained a standard certification of ISO 9001:2015 in 2015 from the United Registrar of System Ltd (URS) as an acknowledgement of its Quality Management System related to the subscribed television and internet data services. The ISO 9001:2015 is relate to a documented procedure and standard practice for a management system that ensure appropriateness of a process and a product either goods or services to the needs or certain requirements determined or specified by customers, organizations, and regulation.

ISO 14001:2015 - ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The Company has obtained International Standard Operation certification for ISO 14001:2015 in 2018 from PT British Standards Institution (BSI) Group Indonesia as recognition of Environmental Management Systems related to the provision of Office Operation, Building Maintenance and Material Management under Corporate Real Estate and Warehouse Division. ISO 14001: 2015 is a practice standard for implementing environmental management systems with the aim of contributing to environmental sustainability pillars that provide benefits to the environment, for the organization itself and interested parties including improving environmental performance, fulfilling compliance obligations and achieving environmental objectives

ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 - IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The Company has obtained International Standard Operation certification for ISO / IEC 20000-1:2011 in 2018 from PT British Standards Institution (BSI) Group Indonesia as recognition of Information Technology Services Management Systems related to the Service Management System of IT & Service Division in delivering IT services to all working unit and employees. ISO / IEC 20000-1: 2011 is a practice standard for Information Technology Service Management Systems in order to ensure the suitability of a process for information technology services to certain needs or requirements that determined or specified by customers and organizations.

STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE

To ensure that all operational activities run in line with the provisions, the Company established a detailed Standard Operating Procedure. This standard is also functioning as a benchmark in the audit process of quality conducted towards the Company.
