The Company was established under the name PT Seruling Indah Permai in 1996 and later changed its name to PT Link Net in 2000. The Company was initially engaged in trading of goods and services. But in 2000, the Company’s line of business was changed to focus on information technology and general services.
In 2011 and 2019 the Company expanded its business lines and its its activities now among others are engaged in the provision of telecommunication by cable, multimedia services, internet, trading and business management consulting services.
In mid-2014, the Company undertook steps to list PT Link Net Tbk as a public company or Tbk, and we carried out the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of its shares and listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange on June 2, 2014 with Company’s stock code “LINK”.
Currently, the Company is a provider of high speed broadband internet services in Indonesia, and cooperating with PT First Media Television in providing pay TV, and data communication services.
The Company operates a Hybrid Fiber Coaxial (“HFC”) and Fiber To The Home (“FTTH”) cable system with the latest technology and is able to provide two-way 870 MHz broadband services. The Company has a network within greater Jakarta, greater Bandung, greater Surabaya (include Malang, Gresik, Sidoarjo), Bali, Serang-Cilegon, Semarang, Solo, Medan, Batam, Cikampek-Purwakarta, Cirebon, Tegal, Yogyakarta, dan Kediri.
