These Notarial Deeds have been approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia based on a Decision Letter Number C2-8324 HT.01.01.Th.96 dated August 7, 1996 and has been published in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 96 dated November 29, 1996, Supplement Number 9456.
In 2020, the Company changed its name to PT Link Net based on Notarial Deed Number 35 dated March 28, 2000 of Myra Yuwono, S.H. Notary in South Jakarta which has been approved by the Minister of Law of the Republic of Indonesia based on a Decision Letter Number C-9118 HT.01.04.TH.2020. dated April 20, 2000 and has been published in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 84 dated October 20, 2000, Supplement Number 6296.
