Head of Residential Sales Strategic, Analytic & Operation

Residential Sales

1. Lead strategic division to manage data, analyze and make recommendations to meet project objectives, prepare client presentations, and design in pre-call planning.
2. Oversees relationships with clients so that is well managed by consulting on customer and competitor strategies, business solutions, and management decisions.
3. Lead Operational Division with a superior understanding of the sales objectives for each project and competitive landscape.
4. Lead Strategic Project to implement and controls sales activity at each project to exceed weekly, monthly and/or quarterly goals, including sales forecasting.
5. Oversees Executive Management and Project Directors in the development of sales strategies as part of the Sales & Marketing Plans for each residential development.
6. Oversees the sales teams to ensure superior standard operating procedures in the escrow process through to closing.
7. Lead Strategic Projects for sales strategies and sales programming based on goals set forth by the client and internal teams


1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in management or another related major
2. 8 to 15 years of experience in a related field such as business operation, sales strategy, and analytics
3. A proven track record in business development and sales in the Telecommunication Industry
4. Strong knowledge of the Telecommunication industry, business strategies, and key competitors
5. Possess relationship management skills and experience - consultative and strategic selling skills
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. High levels of personal and professional integrity to develop deep relationships
8. Ability to deliver strong sales strategy presentations
9. Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team environment
