Description

Plan, coordinate, and manage all construction and maintenance activities related to building projects.
Develop and implement project schedule, budget, and resources allocation.
Supervise and monitor contractors and construction teams to ensure adherence to project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Oversee the procurement of construction materials and equipment.
Conduct regular inspections and site visits to ensure work progress and quality control.
Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
Prepare and present progress reports to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in construction and maintenance, preferably in building projects.
Strong knowledge of construction principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent project management and having knowledge about implementation of Safety, Healthy, Environmental best practice related to workplace
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Willing to work in Karawaci, Tangerang.
