Description
Collaborate with Corporate Culture & Engagement teams to understand the company's values, mission, and culture.
Analyze data, from Mission participation to program effectiveness.
Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities from annual events and recognition programs.
Assist in developing communication materials, including newsletters and social media posts, to promote company culture initiatives.
Help create a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting a culture of respect, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Final Year student in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Management, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative, able to think outside the box.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Passionate about corporate culture, employee engagement, and creating a positive work environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
Working arrangement : Hybrid (WFH & WFO from Graha Lippo, Karawaci)
