Head of Enterprise Sales (Surabaya)

Business Unit 5 (Jawa Timur & Bali)

  1. Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
  2. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  3. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  4. Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  5. Monitoring and lead sales team to achieve their target
  6. Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job 7. accomplishments
  7. Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  8. Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in related field
  2. At least 7-10 years of working experience in the related field such as, ISP, Telco, System Integrator, etc
  3. Experienced upon handling customer in several segment : ISP, Wholesale, Government, Financial Management and Hospitality
  4. Have experience in Sales Strategy
  5. Good leadership skill
  6. Good communication and negotiation skills
  7. Work Location : Surabaya-Bali
