Description
  1. Handle end to end payroll process starting from salary input, overtime process, allowance process, payroll and tax process until bank transaction
  2. Create a monthly payroll journal and system
  3. Responsible for monthly and yearly tax reporting
  4. Register, monitor, and maintain BPJS for employee
  5. proceed with all payment-related payroll and benefits
  6. Provide business report based on monthly salary process
  7. Keep improving process and procedure-related payroll process both in the system and operational
Requirements
  1. Age 25 - 32 years old
  2. Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major
  3. Having minimum 5 years of experience in the payroll function
  4. Experience in using HRIS (Pro Int will be an advantage)
  5. Familiar and understand in income tax regulation and process
  6. Good initiative and attention to detail
  7. Have a growth mindset
  8. Willing to work at Karawaci, Tangerang
