HR Analytic Specialist

Human Capital

1. Analyze and develop new jobs description, organizational structures, and changes of the organizational structures to ensure effective organization
2. Analyze and design the system for job analysis and position evaluation, career path, including maintaining the job matrix of the organization to align with the internal equity & standard
3. Identify and assist in solving Human Capital related issues to ensure these adhere to the organisations policies and objectives.
4. Analyze all OD initiatives that have been identified including making implementation plans in coordination with the concerned stakeholders.
5. Analyze and set HC metrics to identify and measure internal business process initiative or improvement program results
6. Identifying and analyzing data, reporting and giving feedback on the findings to relevant managers, and advising on changes and improvements are all part of the role.
7. Maintain people analytic dashboard and communicate key HC metrics to Head of Strategic Human Capital, Chief Human Capital Officer, and other related functions.
8. Analyze dashboard of information for the strategic Human Capital initiative that will be presented to BOM & BOC
9. Maintain collaboration with HCBP and others function in HC to make informed decisions related to people analytic result


1. Minimum age 28-35 years old
2. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, or other related function.
3. Minimum 5 years experience in this field.
4. Strong quantitative skills and confidence with analytical tools - Excel / Google Sheets and SQL are a minimum; R, SPSS, Python, Google Data Visualization, etc. are a plus
5. Willing to work in Karawaci, Tangerang
