  1. Achieve sales team target.
  2. Develop and build a high-quality sales team (quantity & quality).
  3. Perform the development of sales and marketing plan in a territory
  4. Set and provide a selling strategy with the team to achieve sales targets.
  5. Improve sales performance by working together with another related unit.
  6. Monitor sales agency to provide team needs (people, motivation, etc), together with Regional Head.
  7. Support organizations implement zero accidents and an eco-friendly working environment.
  8. Support organizations implement data and information security.
  1. Bachelor's degree
  2. 2- 5 years of sales experience and a minimum of 2 years of leading a team consisting of 15+ team members.
  3. Strong work ethic and communication skills
  4. Ability to travel in order to do business
  5. Preferably specialized in Telecommunication Industry.
  6. Target Oriented
  7. Good Leadership Skill
  8. Will be placed in Yogyakarta-Solo area.
